This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party analytics, tracking or marketing services. Fonts, images, scripts and stylesheets are loaded from its own webspace. An anonymous visitor statistic based on server logs is described below.

Your information

The situation selector processes your choice in your browser. The contact form sends your name, email address, company and message to the webserver. These details are forwarded to Concipio by email to handle your enquiry. The website does not store enquiries in its own database.

External websites

Links to CEN, LinkedIn and the simulators open external websites. Their own privacy information applies there. Direct email links open your email application.

Visitor statistics

When you visit this website and the services operated under concipio-online.com (Regional Analysis, CFI, Business Simulator), the web servers keep technically necessary access logs: IP address (already shortened by the hosting provider for the main website), time, page requested, referring page and browser identifier. We analyse these logs statistically on our own server in Germany to see how many visitors reach our pages, where they come from and which pages are used. No cookies are set, no third-party services are involved and no user profiles are created. Only daily totals are stored (page views, estimated number of visitors, referring sites, pages requested); for this, IP addresses are converted into a non-reversible daily value during the analysis only and are not stored. The access logs themselves are deleted when the respective server’s retention period expires (about eight weeks for the main website; on the application server they are rotated monthly and deleted after three months at the latest). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analysing and improving our web offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Browser game DISPO RUSH

The browser game DISPO RUSH is provided at simulator.concipio-online.com/dispo-rush on a server operated by us at IONOS SE in a data centre in Germany. It sets no cookies and does not embed any third-party services. So that your nickname, your record, your sound setting and your crew are kept for your next visit, the game stores this information in your browser’s storage (localStorage) (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

For the leaderboards we store on our server after each round the nickname you chose, a randomly generated crew code, the game day reached, the score and the time. Nickname and game day are visible to everyone who plays via the same invitation link; the top three of the week are shown to all players. Please do not use your full name as your nickname. A shared invitation link contains your nickname, your game day and the crew code. In addition, we count per day how often the game was started, a result was shared and the link to the training edition was opened. To prevent abuse, your IP address is converted into a non-reversible short value using a random value that changes daily, in order to limit requests; the IP address itself is not stored for this purpose, and the short values are deleted with the daily change. Leaderboard entries are deleted automatically twelve months after the last stored record, or earlier on request (message with nickname and crew code to info@concipio-online.com). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the game with leaderboards and measuring its use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The challenge buttons open WhatsApp or your device’s share function; the privacy notices of the respective provider apply there.
